Catholic Church.  In a jaw-dropping homily near the end of Holy Week which is the remembrance of the persecution of the Son of God and His resurrection, the preacher to the Pope, Father Cantalamessa, declared that the recent attack on the Pope in the molestation scandal was similar to the persecution of...the Jews. (!!!!)

If ever there was a sign of what is on the minds of at least some of the leaders of the Vatican, this is it. At Easter time, their only point of reference it would seem is the Jews. How far the Church leaders have traveled from authentic Catholicism.

Michael Hoffman has a must-read commentary on Cantalamessa's message. It may be read here. 

It probably doesn't occur to Cantalamessa that Judaics around the world are chuckling over his foolishness. The New York Times article on his homily questioned a Rabbi: "Rabbi Riccardo di Segni, the chief rabbi of Rome, who hosted Benedict at the Rome synagogue in January on a visit that helped calm waters after a year of tensions, laughed in seeming disbelief when asked about Father Cantalamessa’s remarks."

And one might well ask, where are all the Judaic friends that the Pope has developed now that the Pope is under attack? So far, there has not been a peep out of them. Cantalamessa mentions receiving a letter from a Jewish friend. But, the letter is nothing more than remarking that the writer is reminded of attacks on Jews. As such the letter provides cover for the lack of response by Judaic leaders. And the theme of the letter is then picked up by Cantalamessa for this homily.

One other point. It shouldn't matter, but one cannot help noticing that Cantalamessa's robe is always extremely well-tailored and that his beard and hair are always immaculately coiffured. Not quite the example one would expect from a leading Vatican figure in regard to humility and lack of pride.

Catholic Church, in Today's News 03.25.10

Catholic Church.  It doesn't take much skill in observation to realize that a decision has been made at the very highest levels of the Cryptocracy to get the Pope. The sudden development of a sexual abuse scandal in Germany is designed for one purpose, and one purpose only, to develop a path of accusation against the Pope. The goal is to drive him from the Papacy. 

Even though Benedict is one of the most pro-Judaic Popes in the history of the Church, his orientation evidently wasn't good enough to please the individuals who constantly strive to control human events in order to establish a world Talmudic dictatorship. These individuals know full-well that it is the Church and what it stands for that stand in the way. Sooner or later they had to attempt to remove the Church as an obstacle. It looks like they have decided that now is the time.

And so the Church faces a great challenge. Can the Vatican and the Church leaders recognize the danger? Can they take adequate action to turn back this attack?

Time will tell. Some of the Church statements have indicated a glimmering of understanding. But, for the most part, the Church statements have been framed in defensiveness. That stance will never succeed. Those going after the Pope will tear defensive statements apart and use the statements against the Church, as they already are doing. 

The only way forward is for the Church leaders to go on the offensive. The Church is the most compassionate entity in the history of the world. It is utterly ridiculous for the Church to be painted as an organization of abuse and cover-up. The leaders need to get some gumption, quit worrying about the media's attitude toward them and start explaining what the attack on the Pope means for the development of world history.

The Church had no trouble going on the offensive in response to Luther's challenge. The danger to the Church in the present circumstances is far greater. 

Catholic Church, in Today's News 03.10.10

Catholic Church. The current phase of the sexual abuse charges against the Church is developing very rapidly and, for the Church, in an alarming direction. Precious little time remains for the Church leaders to formulate a response that will prevent extensive damage to the authority of the Church.

The current situation began when charges of sexual abuse were made in Germany, in particular in a choir which the Pope's brother lead. The brother responded by saying that it all occurred before he got there and that he would be willing to testify. Then a day later, he admitted that he had slapped (repeatedly) children in the choir as a punishment.

The Church and Christ-haters who are organizing the international campaign of sexual abuse against the Church could not be happier. And they have jumped on their new opportunity with a zeal.

The forces behind the attack now have the Papacy squarely in their crosshairs. Plus, they have the opening to escalate the sexual assault charges to physical abuse charges. Thus a whole new round of charges, legal suits, and settlements looms in country after country on the physical abuse allegations.

Many forces are being brought into the attack. The Times-on-Line article yesterday referred to the "pervasive culture of violence at Roman Catholic institutions." The article continued by quoting the brother as saying he knew of "a reign of terror" by the headmaster of the choir's school from 1953 to 1992. The brother admitted he had done nothing about it.

The German government has gone so far as to accuse the Vatican of suppressing the truth about the abuse. The Times-on-Line article claims that liberal German Catholics "have questioned how much the Pope knew of sexual abuse in his country's Church when he was professor of theology in Germany in the 1960s -- including a stint in Regensburg -- and Archbishop of Munich and Freising from 1971 to 1982."

More accusations are sure to fly in the next period of time. One can be certain that it is well known now that anyone who can come forward with a credible charge has a large pot of money awaiting him.

The Church leaders have followed a policy of appeasement as the sexual abuse allegations have appeared in country after country. But those who are directing the campaign against the Church are un-appease-able. They take appeasement to be a sign of weakness, a sign that they should escalate their efforts. And now they have the golden opportunity to start their campaign all over again in country after country on the physical abuse charge. Plus they now believe they have a good chance of pinning something on Pope, whether true or not.

The Church leaders had better think and act quickly, because this tsunami is growing and fast-approaching the Vatican. Appeasement hasn't worked and certainly won't work here. Pray that the Church leaders realize the situation they are in and take the appropriate measures to defend the Church.

BTW, the Pope's brother is quoted "I myself handed out slaps repeatedly, although I always had a bad conscience about it." It is absolutely astounding that a leader of the Church would admit to defying his conscience. It's one thing for a member of the faithful to have a tough time following one's conscience, but a leader of the Church is another matter. Then, to admit it. Oh, my goodness. Pray for the Pope's brother.

Environmentalism and the Pope, in Today's News 01.16.10

Environmentalism and the Pope. The respected Catholic News Service columnist, John Thavis, reports that Pope Benedict in his address to the diplomatic corps on January 11, called for an international agreement on climate change.

This position parallels his call for an international financial regulatory body during the height of the economic crisis.

These appeals fail to take into account that the prime over-riding aim of the cryptocracy is to bring into being a world government that has sovereignty over national governments. These world conspirators will support and use any issue to help establish any kind of international body that has jurisdiction over individual nations. Any body like this is a step toward the cryptocracy's overall aim. A world government would give them near-exclusive control over the development of human events.

The Pope's positions in favor of various international bodies plays right into the hands of the cryptocracy. Regardless of what the Pope means or intends, these cynical manipulators will use the Pope's authority and words to help accomplish their purpose.

Secularity, in Today's News 01.12.10

Secularity. Pope Benedict XVI in his address to the ambassadors to the Vatican made the following statement:

"It is clear that if relativism is considered an essential element of democracy, one risks viewing secularity solely in the sense of excluding or, more precisely, denying the social importance of religion." [Emphasis added.]

One would be justified to be astounded by the Pope's assertion. Since when did the Church consider [the Catholic] religion to be acceptable because of its social importance, as opposed to being that which saves mankind? 

It is almost as if the Pope is saying that the smooth functioning of society requires religion. Such a thought is pure sociology and has little to do with how the Church has always seen itself as the guidepost leading people to Jesus and salvation, and to the worship of the Father.

On this occasion, as on many others, the Pope seems to be acting as a 'world leader' and not as the Chair of Peter who provides spiritual direction to the faithful. His statement appears to be one of begging the other world leaders to please, oh please, let there be a role for the Church in the new world order.

But one's role is one's own decision. The Church will carve out its place in the world by what it seeks to do. Being pleasing to the powers-that-be leads to one role, and leading the faithful to imitate the way of Christ leads to another role.

And what is this about "if relativism is considered an essential element of democracy?" Is Benedict conceding that relativism is accepted? Benedict on numerous previous occasions has spoken against relativism. Here, though, he seems to be not contesting relativism, but only seeking a place for the Church in the relativistic world of today.

And once again these are not the words of some one leading the Church. They are the words of some one striving to be a world leader, or at least to be accepted by other world leaders.

Environmentalism and the Pope, in Today's News 01.11.10

Environmentalism and the Pope. Pope Benedict XVI, in his annual address to the ambassadors to the Vatican, emphasized environmental protection. In so doing, he aligned himself and the Church with one of the central campaigns by the cryptocracy to control world affairs.

The cynical, manipulative, Talmudic beings who control the world banking systems and who conspire daily to influence world affairs to their benefit, have two purposes in mind in sponsoring and monetarily supporting the environmental movement.

1). The cryptocracy sees the environmental movement as a key access road to a world government. Such government will first appear, as it has, in the form of international commissions that have the power to override national governments on particular issues. A conglomeration of these commissions along with the United Nations will eventually coalesce into the desired government that supersedes any other government. 

Environmentalism addresses problems that go beyond any national entity. Issues such as the alleged 'global warming,' for instance, require action by many nations acting together. As the environmentalist see it, the saving of the planet means that world-wide coordinated efforts will have to occur.

The cryptocracy, of course, could care less about saving the planet. Their long term plans are to super-exploit the planet and its inhabitants to increase their wealth. But the activity of thousands of "useful idiots" in environmental causes well serves their aims. And through the cryptocracy's power they will transform any environmental commission into a body that they control to push around individual governments.

2). The cryptocracy means to use the environmental movement to increase greatly their control over the world's population and thereby to increase their wealth. 

Steve Milloy, in his book Green Hell, has the following quote, "Green ideologues are bursting with an impatient zeal to begin dictating, through force of law, your mobility, diet, home energy usage, the size of your house, how far you can travel, and even--as we shall see--how many children you can have." In all cases this means less of whatever for everyone and more for the cryptocracy.

One of the greens' favorite expressions is to cite the need for 'behavior change' by humans to save the environment. The idea is for everyone to lead a life that suits the environmentalists, who just happen to have goals that coincide with the cryptocracy's.

Environmentalism is a perfect issue for the cryptocracy because it serves their needs yet it is difficult to oppose. Environmentalism is next to motherhood in sacredness at the present time. And there are legitimate environmental concerns in a world dominated by profit-taking.

For Benedict to declare support for environmentalism without explaining how the Christ-hating enemies of the Church plan to use the movement is a great disservice to the Church, the faithful, and the world's population. Benedict's stance allows the cryptocracy to go forward without worrying about what the billions of Catholics might do.

Benedict even goes so far as to parrot a cryptocracy theme by saying, "...the causes of the situation which is now evident to everyone are of the moral order, and the question must be faced within the framework of a great program of education aimed at promoting an effective change of thinking and at creating new lifestyles." [Emphasis added.] At least he didn't call for a world government as he did during the economic crisis! One doesn't know what Benedict has in mind for this new lifestyle, but one can be sure that the cryptocracy will use his declaration to promote their ends. 

The Church can be proud of its record on the environmental issue. Just visit any monastery, seminary or convent in the world and you will see the Catholic attitude toward caring for and developing God's creation. Moreover, the Church has always been an advocate of the simple life in accord with God's wishes for His creation. The way of living initiated by Christ's sacrifice is the most pro-environment way in the history of the world. Benedict should not shy away from saying just this.

The real enemy of the environment is the cryptocracy who have fomented a century of war and destruction during their assent to power. Humankind has never known such craven disregard for nature and people as in the twentieth century when innocent millions and millions were sacrificed to the cryptocracy's mad rush for wealth. The countless wars of the last 100 years caused unimaginable environmental damage, not the least of which was the destruction of Europe and the polluting of Russia.

Instead of 'going along' with the current trends and movements, the Church leaders ought to proudly and forthrightly state that the way of Christ is the way of saving the environment.

Catholic Church, in Today's News 10.22.09

Catholic Church. The reason behind the Society of Saint Paul X's agreement to closed discussions with no time limit with the Vatican now becomes a little clearer. Bernard Fellay, the Superior General of the Society of St. Pius X, gave an interview to a Chilean newspaper in which he stated that "there is a lot of truth" to speculation that the Vatican is moving to convert the SSPX into a personal prelature, similar to Opus Dei.

In other words, an agreement could be in the making that the meeting with the Vatican will recommend. We will see.

Certainly, this move would make sense after the recent overture to the Anglicans. If a special accommodation can be made for the Anglicans, why not for the SSPX which after all is only defending the Church legacy.

Bishop Fellay also commented on the Bishop Williamson controversy, saying the attack on Bishop Williamson "was a well-planned attack, not against the Society [SSPX], but directed against the person of Pope Benedict XVI, in order to tarnish his gesture."

Bishop Fellay seems to be playing up to the Pope here, but the statement does have some truth to it. And yet, Bishop Fellay seems to miss that those behind the attack on Williamson have an over-riding interest in establishing the holocaust as central event in world history. Their attack on Bishop Williamson served this aim as well.

Health Care, in Today's News 10.02.09

Health Care. During the acceptance of accreditation from the new US Ambassador to the Holy See, Pope Benedict made remarks on the issues being considered in the American health care debate.

The Pope highlighted the need for clear discernment on "issues touching the protection of human dignity and respect for the inalienable right to life from the moment of conception to natural death, as well as the protection of the right to conscientious objection on the part of heath care workers, and indeed all citizens."

The American Bishops at about the same time issued a statement on the health care debate that echoed the Pope's thought. Namely that the proposed legislation should not include language allowing for abortion and not allowing conscientious objections.

The Church leaders have repeated this position over and over again. It is obviously a correct thing to say. But, it entirely misses what is going on in the United States in the health care debate. Namely, that both political parties are agreed that the health industry needs to be brought under government control and run on a cost-reduction basis. This step will transform the practice of medicine that the Catholic Church brought into the world. We will go from compassionate health care to bureaucratic health care based on the cost-control dictates of the insurance companies and the government. 

In short, now is a moment of truth for the Church leaders. To remain silent on the key issue and development, as they are doing, will bring a significant reduction in health care to the faithful, and everyone else.

Just today doctors put forward a protest on an aspect of this very topic. The Wall Street Journal reports (page a5): "Doctors are trying to remove a provision in the Senate's latest health bill that would cut Medicare payments to those [doctors] who administer the most tests and treatments. The proposal...is one of several proposals...that could change how doctors are evaluated and paid. ...the provision is a blunt instrument that would discourage doctors from taking the sickest and oldest patients." One doctor said, "Those things are very imperfect, imprecise and they depend on data that often doesn't really reflect what's going on."

And what is this proposal based on? Cost-reduction, of course.

Do the Church leaders have a position on this type of change which is the central difficulty of the health care legislation?

The Church leaders' statements clearly give the impression that if abortion and conscientious objection are handled correctly and everyone has health coverage, then the legislation is okay. 

This stance is wrong, wrong, wrong!!! The Church leaders inability to see the fundamental question in the health care debate will have long-term negative effects on the faithful. One wants to scream at the Church leaders to try to wake them up!!! 

Pope Benedict XVI, in Today's News 10.02.09

Pope Benedict XVI. Benedict, in accepting the credentials of the new US Ambassador to the Holy See, made the following quote, which is representative of his thought.

"The continuing international economic crisis clearly calls for a revision of present political, economic and financial structures in the light of the ethical imperative of ensuring the integral development of all people. What is needed, in effect, is a model of globalization inspired by authentic humanism, in which the world's people are seen not merely as neighbors but as brothers and sisters."

Several comments:

1. "continuing international economic crisis." This phrase tends to buy into the false consciousness about reality and the economy developed by the cryptocracy's spokesmen. The myth that the cryptocracy wants everyone to believe is that these crises are just part of the normal swings in the economic life of the world. The reality is different. The cryptocrats are manipulators before anything else. The current economic crisis was precipitated by the cryptocracy to establish an atmosphere where they could make a number of economic and political changes to enhance their power.

The Pope's words tend to gloss over the reality of the conspiracy by the cryptocracy to gain unchallenged world power. The world's faithful and the rest of the population need to know the truth about their world, especially the truth of who is ruling the world and for what purpose. It seems one ought to have the expectation that the Pope would help educate on what is actually occurring in the world. For the Pope to just throw in a phrase about the continuing crisis without explanation, doesn't do it.

2. "revision of present political, economic and financial structures."  Everyone in the world is for such changes. The problem is the Rothschilds also have this program. And the Rothschilds are the ones who have predominant power in the world today. If one calls for revision of structures without specifying exactly what is meant, one's position naturally becomes associated with the position of the cryptocracy. The changes the Rothschilds desire are not in the interests of the world's population or of the faithful.

3. "ethical imperative of ensuring the integral development of all people." This is just Vatican II gobbledygook. Just what is an 'ethical imperative?" And were did Jesus ever call for "integral development?" 

4. "model of globalization." The Pope has clearly approved of globalization many times before. Here he is assuming globalization will occur and is looking for the proper model for the transformation. But in focusing on what kind of globalization, he dodges the questions of why globalization, who is behind it, and what do they want to accomplish. Globalization is the Rothschilds' baby. There is no way to sort of out-smart them by being for globalization with qualifications. Once you approve of globalization you are in their play pen.

5. "inspired by authentic humanism." Not humanism, but "authentic humanism." Again, it is important to return to the teachings of Jesus which nowhere mentions humanism, authentic or not. If questioned, the Pope would undoubtedly say that authentic humanism is Jesus' thought. But if that is the case, why not just say so. Why not declare for the reign of Christ the King, in which humanity would experience the most profound humanism ever known. But, of course, the Church leaders seem to develop a bad case of stutters when the possibility of mentioning the reign of Christ the King comes along.

6. Cardinal Ratzinger, now Benedict, often used formulations in his writings that on the surface seemed sound and correct, but ambiguous. His formulations could often be interpreted different ways orthodox and not. The same occurs with the statement discussed here. 

The evolution of the Church is at the stage of euphemisms. Those who would change the centuries-old teachings of the Church do not have the strength or courage to say clearly what they intend. Instead they produce wordage that can lead in different directions.

7. Traditionalists, for the most part, look to a restoration of the Latin mass, and a return to the glory days prior to VII. But the battle to determine the post-VII orientation is done. That war is over, and the good guys lost. Any military expert will tell you that a sure way to lose is to attempt to re-fight the previous war. Fighting for the Latin mass and return to the good old days is precisely fighting the last war.

There is a strong current in the Church who want to change the Church dramatically. Their continual pressure is bringing the next war that will determine the health of the Church. The key to this war for those who want Church based on the teachings of 2000 years, is to concentrate on the big picture of the direction of the Church. In general, as Benedict's statement demonstrates, the direction is toward finding a way to agree with the cryptocracy but with certain reservations. This strategy has led to all kinds of disasters, such as the enshrinement of the holocaust, multiple attempts to appeal to the zionists, failure to defend a priest under world-wide attack for his views, etc.

The traditionalists would be well-advised to pay attention to the general 'political' approach of the Church leaders and where that approach is taking things.

World Government, in Today's News 09.25.09

World Government. Leaders of the world's leading twenty economies are about to take a decisive step toward the new world order and toward a world government that can over-rule national governments. Will anyone sound the alarm?

Today's Wall Street Journal details the plan in a page one article. The lead paragraph: "The Group of 20 nations is close to an agreement that would require [!!] members to subject their economic policies to a type of 'peer review'..."

"Also, the G-20 heads of state will announce Friday that the G-20 will become the permanent [!!] council for international economic cooperation, eclipsing the Group of Eight..."

"The potential agreement envisions a procedure where G-20 countries assess whether each others' policies are working, and the International Monetary Fund provides technical help." [Emphases added.] The agreement does not yet include enforcement mechanisms.

This agreement is the foundation event for a qualitative transformation of the world. The Talmudic and Masonic goal of a world government is now so much closer to realization.

The agreement calls for monitoring of national governments' economic policy. But once one monitors economic policy, one will eventually control economic policy and everything else. It will only be a matter of time until the formality of a governing oversight of all political and economic national policies is adopted.

The agreement says each country will monitor other countries. Fat chance of that happening. No, an international apparatus will be set up that does the monitoring and formulates the changes to be made by national governments. It is not hard to figure out which philosophical outlook will dominate such an apparatus.

The cryptocracy will be overjoyed at this development. They precipitated the economic crisis in part to set an atmosphere where an international governing body could be established, no matter how preliminary. And they have achieved their goal.

What enables the cryptocracy to get away with this step is the absence of an organized opposition. Most everyone, who might be expected to expose and challenge a world government, has been bamboozled by all the propaganda about saving the world economy. Even the Pope, who speaks for billions, actually came out in his last encyclical in favor of creating such an international oversight body. Never mind that a world government would be a disaster for the faithful and the rest of the world's population.

This is a sad day for humanity. Some time in the future, leaders will mark this event as the beginning of the final march to the new world order.

Is there an authoritative leader in today's world who will stand up against the danger? Is there a Joan of Arc today who is willing to fight for rulership of Christ the King and against the rule of the almighty dollar?

Pope Benedict XVI, in Today's News 09.21.09

Here's hoping the Pope knows what he is doing politically because his Talmudic friends are not going to be happy about a gathering in their area of world that gives impetus to Catholic, Orthodox and Christian activity.

Or does Benedict really think he can pull of such an event and give it a philo-Judaic slant?

Postscript (09.22.09). Benedict was undoubtedly infuriated when Palestinian Catholics strongly criticized him on the details of his trip to Israel before the trip began. Namely, they said the Pope should go to Gaza first instead of to the holocaust memorial.

Benedict's trip was planned for months, if not years. The purpose was to further demonstrate the Pope's and the Church leaders' profession of admiration toward Israel and Judaics. 

To have the Palestinian question and what Catholic leaders really ought to be doing about it thrust upon on the Pope on the eve of the trip must have been aggravating, to say the least.

One therefore might conclude that one of the purposes of the Mid-East Synod would be to make sure that kind on nonsense never occurs again. It is of supreme importance to the Pope and the Vatican that Mid-East Catholic leaders be brought into line with the Vatican's philo-Judaism. At the very least these critics must be silenced to prevent any more embarrassment. 

Incidentally, in the articles concerning the Synod there is no Vatican reference to the situation of the Palestinian faithful and the Palestinians as a whole. There is mention of Christians leaving the Mid-East, which is an indirect reference to the murderous attacks on Christians in Iraq. But there is no reference, direct or indirect, to the plight of the Palestinians and the Palestinian Church. 

Such neglect is an absolute disgrace.

Postscript II (09.22.09). Today's Catholic News Service has an article on the North African reaction to the Synod. Here's a key quote, "Some portions of the African Church do not find their experiences or issues reflected in the Synod's themes...'

If Benedict wants to achieve his goals (see above) he certainly has his work cut out for him.

Postscript (09.23.09). It turns out that Benedict does know what he is doing politically with the Synod in the Mid-East. And he probably has the okay from the Zionist board that monitors his actions and gives him advice.

Objectively the Synod fits in with the cryptocracy's efforts to pacify the Mid-East in the interests of the Israeli stat.

But Benedict is taking a chance. There happen to be many Catholics and clergy in the Mid-East who can clearly see the nature of Zionism. And they are sure to be vocal leading up to and at the Synod. Also, the very holding of the Synod will encourage Catholic action, which will not be pleasing to the Israelis.

Benedict is betting that his authority and that of Vatican leaders backed up by the philo-Israeli media can overcome the opposition. It will be interesting to watch. 

Caritas in Veritate, in Today's News 07.08.09

Caritas in Veritate. Pope Benedict XVI's encyclical, "Caritas in Veritate," isn't available yet, but the media coverage and some quotes from it are truly dismaying, if not alarming.

The encyclical gives the cover of the Catholic Church to the most treasured aim of the cryptocracy, the establishment of a world government.

Today's Wall Street Journal's lead paragraph on the encyclical (page A11): "Pope Benedict XVI issued a rare papal critique of the global economic crisis Tuesday, calling for a 'true world political authority' charged with exercising greater oversight of financial markets." [Emphasis added.]

Further: "Pope Benedict said the United Nations and other international bodies need to 'acquire real teeth' to properly monitor markets, stem the current crisis and prevent future ones." [Emphasis added.]

IOW, the encyclical has put the Church strongly in favor of an international body that has the power to overrule duly constituted national governments!!!!! This position is truly shocking, and the cryptocracy could not have asked for anything better.

The rest of the document which criticizes the global economy as creating a growing divide between rich and poor, calling for "great social responsibility" on the part of business, and "rediscovering the genuinely ethical foundation of their [business] activity" is just so many words. The criticism is actually useful to the cryptocracy because in the context of support to the cryptocracy's goal, the Church leaders give the impression of a discussion. The cryptocracy is more than willing to allow such a discussion while they go ahead and pursue their aims. 

The various suggestions in the document for reform could matter less for the cryptocracy. For the most part, the cryptocracy will ignore them.

As for the faithful, the document appears to be no help at all. It provides no guidance for the billion or so Catholics on what they are supposed to do. All it gives is some general truisms. As Michael Novak of the American Enterprise Institute said, "...the encyclical was stronger on principles than policy suggestions." (!) This wouldn't be so bad if the principles were actually applied to the real world.  Instead as one commentator observed the quotes tend to sound like what a beauty pageant contestant might say in answer to a question about the economic crisis. 

Worrisome is the fact that the Vatican released the encyclical on the eve of the Group of 8 industrialized nations summit meeting. So, the Vatican is pathetically trying to be a player in this confab. And not only a player, but the most enthusiastic supporter of the cryptocracy's plans for these nations.

In short, the encyclical seems to be addressed to an audience of the world's elite, the rulers of world's superpowers and their bosses. But, the Pope is supposed to be the shepherd for the masses of world Catholicism and not be the chief Christian adviser to the diabolically-inspired cryptocracy. Where is the encyclical addressed to the great numbers of Catholics that gives the meaning of their situation in the world economic crisis and explains in concrete human terms what they should do about it?

A reading of the actual encyclical may modify the above observations. But, truth to say, it is a daunting perspective to have to wade through 144 pages of vaticanese.

"Pope Visibly Upset over Abuse" in Ireland, in Today's News 06.08.09

"Pope Visibly Upset."  The Vatican response to the government-initiated report on abuse in Catholic institutions in Ireland is not off to a propitious start.

From the Irish Times: "Pope Benedict was 'visibly upset' when he heard details contained in the Ryan report on abuse in State institutions run by religious orders, Archbishop of Dublin Diamuld Martin said today."

"In a statement to journalists after today's meeting, Cardinal Brady said the Pope had 'listened very carefully, very attentively, very sympatheticly to what we had to say and he said in reply that this was a time for deep examination of life here in Ireland in the Church.'"

"He said the Pope urged them to establish the truth of what has happened, ensure that justice is done for all, put in place measures that will prevent these abuses happening again with a view to healing the survivors."

Here we have a carefully planned, conscious assault on the authority of the Church in Ireland. The report itself is ambiguous, short on details, highly provocative, and opens the door for anyone wanting to make a buck to sue the Church.

The preliminary Vatican response described above indicates that the Vatican and the Irish Church officials will follow the pattern of the American response to similar charges, which was so successful (sarcasm) in the United States. In short, this response assumes the charges are legitimate, expresses deep sorrow, launches all manner of 'healing' procedures, sets up ineffective measures to prevent recurrence, and above all, forks over the money.

The alternative is to fight. It is not an easy fight to conduct. The opposition has all the emotional cards in their hand. But to not fight means the death of the influence of the Church in Ireland.  

The Vatican officials seem oblivious to the concerted efforts to undermine the Church authority. There are many very powerful individuals, groups, and institutions in the world who are anti-Christian, and who are constantly looking for ways to destroy the Church's influence on humanity. Their efforts never stop.  

The Vatican, sooner or later, is going to have to meet these challenges. That is, if it wants to survive. The Irish report is cleverly written and puts the Church on the defensive, but the Church leaders have to fight back somewhere.  The Church will be lost in Ireland if the current accommodationist approach is followed. 

Mark Glenn on Wiliamson Event and Pope's Trip to Israel

Mark Glenn has written an interesting article on the Bishop Williamson controversy and Pope Benedict XVI's trip to Israel.  Titled "Controversy Exploited to Muzzle Catholic Church", it may be viewed on page 23 of the page linked here.  I don't quite agree with Glenn (I don't know if he is being ironic when he talks of the 'holocaust heresy') but the article is a worthwhile read.

in Today's News 05.17.09

1.  American Secretary of State.  Has anyone noticed that Hillary Clinton is a terrible Secretary of State (from the point of view of the interests of cryptocracy)?  There were the frequent mis-steps initially, most notably her "reset" fiasco in Moscow. Now comes the disaster in Pakistan on which she took the lead.

Mrs. Clinton during her swing through Asia first sounded the alarm on the need for drastic and immediate action in Pakistan.  The United States evidently felt Pakistan was slipping away into the influence of the Taliban.  Great pressure was put on a reluctant Pakistan to turn loose the Pakistan army in the Swat Valley.  Pakistan complied.

What happened?  The American proposed Pakistani action created one of the largest refugee situations in modern history.  Over a million poor and desolate human beings have flowed out of Swat Valley to squalor in refugee camps.  This crisis now creates a difficulty for the Pakistan government that may well be beyond its resources.  And thereby the pressure to 'slip away' to the Taliban increases.

And so, the American precipitate action has qualitatively worsened an already worrisome situation, from the point of view of the cryptocracy.  Way to go, Mrs. Clinton!!!!

Will the media pay any attention to the human tragedy in Pakistan?  Not likely.  Will the media report the current situation as attributable to Mrs. Clinton's stewardship of American foreign policy?  Not likely.  The media has always given the Clintons a pass, and it won't change now.

And by the way, where is the Pope?  Here we have one million people driven from their homes and their method of making a living.  Most of these people's families have probably lived in the Swat Valley for generations.  Can the Pope manage to say something?  Can he perhaps call for prayers?  How about directing some Catholic relief efforts to Pakistan?  We will see.  Perhaps, the Pope is too busy fighting anti-semitism.

2.  Pakistan.  Question: How does the United States get out from responsibility for the one million strong refugee problem in Pakistan?  Answer: Easy.  First, declare that the number is only 200,000.  Then, say they are all Pashtuns who are the dominant ethnic group in the Taliban.  Then, point out that Taliban members are using the refugees to infiltrate into Karachi.  

See, no difficulty is too big for the prevaricators in the cryptocracy.  The only problem is, they can say this, and even believe it, and they can get the media and the American public to buy it.  But, the reality remains.  Which is there are over one million refugees outside Karachi and the needs of this group are far greater than Pakistan can provide.

in Today's News 05.15.09

1.  The New Government-Controlled Economy.  (WSJ)  "The Treasury Department will make federal bailout funds available to a number of U.S. life insurers...The Treasury is prepared to inject up to $22 billion into the insurers ..."

The administration and the media no longer even bother to crisis-monger. They simply declare a crisis, pass out the lucre, and assert their dominion over the crisis-ee.

The auto, banking, and insurance sectors are now firmly under government supervision and restraint.  Or, in other words, the cryptocracy is making sure that the American economy is closely managed by its direct representatives.  It no longer is willing to take the risk that these companies or industry might make mistakes on their own now and then.

All this shows, of course, that the system doesn't work.  When the cryptocracy is unwilling to let things flow naturally and when they have to hold it together through government edict, you may conclude that the system is in a fundamental crisis, and not the one the media talks about.

One wonders when Obama will announce his five-year plan.

2.  Bank of America.  See previous item on BoA here.  (WSJ) "Bank of America has been pressured by federal officials to revamp its board by bringing in directors with more banking experience."

The cryptocracy really has a thing about BoA.  First was the campaign to get Chief Executive Kenneth Lewis which was only partially successful.  Now comes the next phase:  trying to force BoA to change the board of directors to include "more banking experience" (read: individuals who are committed to the cryptocracy's interests.)

What the cryptocracy has against BoA and Kenneth Lewis is so far being kept secret.  But, observing the machinations is an instructive example of how the cryptocracy goes about achieving its goals.

3. Pope in Holy Land and Israel.  News reports indicate that the Pope has spoken about on all aspects of the situation in the mideast: condemning the wall between Israel and Palestine, attempting to please muslims and jews, calling for an end to terrorism, and supporting a two-state solution to the Israel-Palestine situation.

The one thing that he has not mentioned, and the failure renders all the other remarks meaningless, is the recently concluded blood-bath in Gaza by Israeli armed forces.  To anyone who examines what happened in Gaza it becomes clear that this aggression was one of the most egregious crimes of this century;  a crime where innocents were slaughtered, starved, and made homeless.

That the Pope of the Catholic Church cannot bring himself to condemn this outrage against some of the most down-trodden people in the world, tells a lot about the Pope's orientation.  Shoah Catholicism is alive and well.

In Today's News 05.13.09

1.  The new government-controlled economy.  (WSJ) "The Obama administration has begun serious talks about how it can change compensation practices across the financial-services industry, including at companies that did not receive federal bailout money...Administration and regulatory officials are looking at various options, including using the Federal Reserve's supervisory powers..."

Such intervention would have been inconceivable just a year ago.  It shows how far the Obama regime has instituted a government-controlled economy.  Think about it:  we now have the federal government dictating to the central economic units of the American system how and what those units will pay their key employees. Unbelievable.

The main point here is not about executive pay.  No matter what measures may be put in place, the cryptocracy will ensure that its key employees receive a good share of the loot.  That's one reason they have lawyers -- to find the loopholes.

The main point is the cryptocracy wants to have absolute control of the banking (and other) sectors so that financial risk is minimized.  As Barney Frank, House Financial Services Committee Chairman, put it (as paraphrased by the WSJ) the committee "...is working on legislation that could strengthen the government's ability both to monitor compensation and to curb incentives that threaten a company's viability or pose a systemic risk to the economy."  (Emphasis added.)

It should also be noted that one of the projected control mechanisms is the Federal Reserve, a privately owned entity that just happens to operate in the interests of the world's richest families.  Empowering the Fed is this manner is part of a pattern in this economic crisis to put more and more governing power directly in the hands of the cryptocracy's ruling families.

2.  Pope in Israel.  There is a dog-product commercial on the tube these days about how dogs always want more, more, more.  But Benedict's visit to Israel illustrates another group who always, without fail, wants more.

Here we have the one of most pro-Judaic Popes in the history of the Church.  He and John Paul II are the prime developers of Shoah Catholicism which holds the holocaust to be more important to humanity than the crucifixion.  Benedict's papacy has seen all kinds of friendly gestures to the Judaic interests.  And now he makes a trip to the holy land and Israel.  He makes his de rigueur obeisance at the Yad Vashem Holocaust memorial.  He makes a speech against anti-semitism and in memory of the holocaust victims.

And what happens?  The director and board chairman of Yad Vashem and the parliament speaker issued public rebukes of the Pope.  They criticized the Pope's address because of "failing to specify the number of Jews that perished in the Holocaust, not singling out the Germans or Nazis as the culpable party, and failing to issue an explicit apology." (Quotation is the WSJ wordage in their article.)  The Pope was also accused of being a member of the Hitler Youth Corps. 

The Pope will evidently never learn this lesson, but one can never expect charity, forgiveness, or gratitude from those educated and trained in the Talmud.  The Talmud-inspired standard operating procedure is vengeance, getting the upper hand, and more, more, more.  In the case of the Church, it seems they will not be satisfied until the Church does exactly as they say.
